We value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 10-15 business days from the date that it is placed.
PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME:
Processing time before shipment: 1-5 Business Days depends on the number of items ordered
Standard Shipping: 10-15 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 8-10 Business Days
Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days
SHIPPING DELAY:
Since the COVID-19 epidemic, some items took a long time to replenish inventory. This will cause delays in the delivery of some orders. We beg for your understanding and patience.If you have any questions, you can contact us.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check if the email address you left us is correct or check your spam.
Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING:
It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, usually we will indicate it in the variant option.
If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via YunExpress or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available currently. Please note that you will need to provide a physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order out to you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is processed to leave our warehouse, with a tracking number to track the shipment. Once shipped, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your package to arrive, based on your location.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Usually it takes about 10-20 days to some Countries other than the United States and Canada,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
